Kazuki Murasaki’s fiercely loyal oath brother, till death do them part.

Originally gaining notoriety across Kansai as an anonymous street fighter, feared even by senior Omi Alliance soldiers, this brawler eventually adopted the alias of "Taiga Hamjima" to conceal his true identity from hostile syndicates seeking retaliation. The name itself is a portmanteau of Kyohei Hamura and Taiga Saejima, two notable figures associated with the Tojo Clan. Over time, Hamjima embraced the identity so completely that he seemingly abandoned both his original name and former life altogether.

Hamjima adopts a similar lifestyle and mind to his namesake, Saejima. Grounded, blunt, and direct, and although often harsh in tone, he generally speaks with utmost honest intentions and deeply values loyalty, brotherhood, and a love for the thrill of combat much like Murasaki.

Hamjima and Murasaki formally swore brotherhood sometime before the Murasaki Family’s establishment in Sotenbori during 2012. Together, they defended the district against Tsubasa Kurosawa and the Kuroha Family during a violent power struggle connected to the Omi Alliance and Tojo Clan conflict elsewhere in Kamurocho. Following Murasaki’s mysterious disappearance on December 5th, 2015, Hamjima assumed temporary leadership of the Murasaki Family and organized a desperate city-wide search for him.
