A mysterious masked mercenary from the outskirts of Arizona, USA. Hot-headed and brash, yet blunt and honest. Not much else is known about this gunslinger other than his passion for firearms, particularly assault rifles, and his occasional bouts of calling out the United Nations' bullshit.

Despite his lifestyle, he's somehow good friends with Byakuren Hijiri, taking her advice and criticism to heart... in the loosest way possible. He may not be entirely dedicated to his role as lieutenant, but he sure as hell ain't disloyal, when important matters are at hand surrounding his boss Murasaki.
